Become a dado dealer

An Authorized Non-Retail Dealer (‘’NR Dealer’’) , such as a Contractor or Designer, is any person or entity that wished to purchase DADO products for use by itself or its clients. It is not to promote, market, sell, distribute the DADO products. Therefor the re-sale or advertising to sell DADO products are not allowed. An Authorized Dealer (‘’Dealer’’) is any person or entity that wished to promote, market, retail, re-sell, distribute the DADO products. The following terms and conditions apply, in addition to any other general terms of DADO. Prices displayed on the DADO website and Price Book and/or advised in writing from time to time are suggested retail List prices in the continental USA. DADO at all times retain the full rights and at its own discretion to determine how its brands and products are being presented and represented, both online and physically. The NR Dealer / Dealer agrees to abide by the Minimum Advertised Prices (MAP), as advised by DADO from time to time. DADO has to right to amend the terms and conditions of sale at any time, these terms take precedent over those of the Dealer. The Dealer agrees to pay promptly all invoices in full, without offset, on the date as indicated on each invoice. NR Dealers / Dealers are required to ensure the following: - All sales staff (including purchasing and customer service staff) will received training and at all times have detailed knowledge of all products. - Staff are always professional and act in a manner that is beneficial to DADO and its products. - NR Dealer / Dealer will ensure their internal systems are always updated with the latest information and pricing on all products. - NR Dealer / Dealer agrees to list all products on their website and/or provide link from their website to the DADO website. DADO, directly or indirectly, owns all rights to the product trademarks that it offers for sale. In addition, images, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available by DADO in anyway are intellectual property, trademarks or trade dress of DADO. DADO’s intellectual property, trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not that of DADO, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits DADO and/or it’s products and services. DADO retains all rights and is the exclusive owner of all information regarding customers. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as a transfer, license or sale of any of DADO’s intellectual property, customer information, trademarks or trade dress. The Dealer will cease to use of any DADO Intellectual Property & Trademarks upon termination of this Authorized Dealer agreement.
